We’ve always loved Ron Suhanosky’s humble touch with simple Italian cuisine. The rotating menu at his year-round restaurant is worth a trip, but it’s his wife’s bread that makes visiting here an absolute must. Colleen Marnell-Suhanosky’s foot-wide loaves are simultaneously airy on the inside and thick crusted on the outside. Bring cash—credit cards are not accepted.
