Dental Experts—August 2018 Issue
As part of Boston Wellness and our annual Top Dentists list, the Dental Experts section consists of informative full and half page profiles on the best local providers specializing in all areas of dentistry. This section will appear in the August issue of Boston magazine as well as on bostonmagazine.com in a digital listing format, and will guide our readers in choosing the best dental care professional for them. Based on the ad size contracted, please provide the following information according to the guidelines listed below.
All materials must be filled out in order to move forward into design. Please only fill this form out once.
We highly suggest that before filling out this form, you type it into a Word document and ensure you have it saved somewhere on your end for future reference.
