Design Home 2016 Vision
The special character of a spectacular hill top paradise with long distant views of the ocean, the arm of Cape Cod, and rolling hills of pine and oak, deserves a special architecture in harmony with its surroundings. The 2016 Design Home combines the rustic woodland spirit of the Dawn’s Light neighborhood of the Pinehills with the classic character of historic coastal New England shingle style homes.
The refined but casual architecture of the exterior of PSD’s Design Home encloses a similarly sophisticated interior. Open, contemporary living spaces set up for ideal social and family interaction and outlook on the spectacular view, as well as cozy places for retreat, are both provided. The flexible and practical spaces, like the playfully sophisticated exterior, balance the traditional and contemporary into a rich but relaxing place for New Englanders of all generations to call home. Like the home that have been designed and built by the renowned integrated architecture and construction firm for the last 20 years, PSD’s Design Home is designed to be timeless and beloved through generations and crafted with care and precision.
