Inside: Local 149

Southie opened its newest restaurant over the weekend, Local 149, located in the former Farragut House site. Co-owner Jason Owens (Biltmore Bar & Grill) lives a short walk away, but the Nashville native is adding some Southern flavor to the locally sourced menu. Other highlights in the 1,500 square-foot space: a wood-burning fireplace, late-night menu options, and hardwood flooring from a Boston church. Have you been inside yet?
