As a pale gal by birth, I can’t help but be skeptical of bronzer (read: orange just isn’t my color). So when Benefit’s new “Sun Beam” bronzer landed on my desk, I wasn’t convinced that it would do anything for my fair complexion, no matter how adorable the nail polish-sized bottle is.

But since it’s spring, and my skin has been lusting for warmth, I decided to give the bronzer a try. The verdict? Love at first brush.

I dabbed the light liquid on my cheekbones and forehead, over my foundation, for a natural-looking, tanned glow. Talk about same day results: I received three compliments on my skin’s dewy radiance, which solidified my affection for Benefit’s newest product. Three cheers for sun-kissed skin.
