Rene Rancourt has been singing the Bruins National Anthem for nearly four decades, but at Wednesday night’s Bruins game, the first since the Boston Marathon attacks, he let the emotional crowd take over. Hey, turns out hockey fans can carry a tune!
The Bruins lost in a shootout 3-2 to the Sabres, even as they managed to clinch a spot in the playoffs. But the big moments came before the game itself.
