Bronwyn’s pint-size biergarten can’t be beat for a brew and a massive bretzel come summertime. But when the temperature drops, the interior is just as charming, with moody, medieval-style décor that jibes well with Tim Wiechmann’s hefty platters of wurst, slabs of schnitzel with paprika-roasted cauliflower, and crackling-topped kna¶del dumplings made with bacon and challah.
