Chef/owner Ahmad Yasim cooks the food of his native Syria. We love the lemony split-pea soup, hummus, baba ghannouj, baked kibbeh, stuffed squash, and especially the fattoush salad, bespeckled with Syrian red pepper. Save room for rice pudding.
