Style requirements:

• Do not write in first person (do not use personal pronouns like “I” or “we”).

• The minimum word count for the post is 100 and the maximum is 150.

• Photos must be in jpeg format. If no photo is provided, a content writer will provide a stock photo. We cannot accommodate changes to the stock photo.
