Roger Clemens: Perv?

We thought Roger Clemens had finished grossing us out. After all, we learned way too much about the pitcher’s palpable mass during his congressional testimony. Then there were questions about whether he bled though his pants. It was disgusting stuff.

But Clemens may outdo himself yet. The Daily News reports that while he was with the Red Sox, Clemens started dating 15-year-old country singer Mindy McCready. [via Daily Intel]

As if Debbie Clemens’ patience wasn’t taxed enough when her husband tossed her under the bus back in February.

According to sources, Clemens was with his Red Sox teammates in a Fort Myers, Fla., bar when then-teenager McCready caught his eye. After Clemens threw a shirt with his and several teammates’ signatures onstage, an introduction was made.

“It was love at first sight, no doubt about it,” said a source with intimate knowledge of the relationship.

Since those days of young love, McCready has had several run-ins with the law and problems with drug abuse. Ever the gentlemen, Clemens allegedly sent her FedEx boxes filled with cash during her hard times.

Nowadays, it seems the only thing that isn’t nasty about Roger Clemens is his pitching.
