Count at least one U.S. senator among the myriad members of the BeyHive.

In her commencement address to Suffolk University’s class of 2016 Sunday, Sen. Elizabeth Warren tweaked an old maxim of perseverance while giving Beyonce a shoutout.

Warren, who has made headlines in recent weeks for her scathing Twitter rants railing against Donald Trump, couldn’t resist a chance to poke fun at the presumptive Republican presidential nominee once again.

“How’s this speech polling so far—higher or lower than Donald Trump’s unfavorable numbers with women?” Warren said, mouthing, “Pow!

Warren recounted the rocky road that led her to Washington, telling Suffolk’s graduates to fight for the kind of world they want to live in.

“I never imagined I would be a law professor, I never imagined I would be a United States senator. I never imagined I would be a blonde,” Warren said. “But here I am. And I can tell you it is life-changing to be a blonde.”

This isn’t the first time Warren has evoked pop culture to get her point across. At Bridgewater State University’s commencement, she quoted Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off.”
