Turnstyle Cycle, a combination indoor cycling and bootcamp studio, will open its second location at the South End’s Ink Block complex in November.

Turnstyle’s original location, which opened in Kendall Square last summer, was Cambridge’s first indoor cycling studio. The new South End location will have many of the same features as the Kendall Square spot, including RealRyder bikes, which move side to side to simulate turning, steering, and balance—as if you are on a real bike out on the road. The new studio will house 40 to 50 bikes, arranged in stadium seating so all students have view of the instructor. The bootcamp classes, like at the Kendall Square gym, will use TRX suspension training.

Construction is set to begin this summer, and Turnstyle will kick off its partnership with Ink Block by offering a bootcamp class next to the rooftop pool on July 22 at 8 p.m.
