Inside Jerry Remy's at the Seaport

Jerry Remy is not your ordinary sports fan — nor does he own an ordinary sports bar. A former Sox player-turned-commentator, Remy now owns two of the most sports-oriented, technologically-equipped bars in this fair city. The first kicked off last year at Fenway Park; the second opened just a few weeks back by the waterfront and offers just about anything any sports fan in the New England area could ever wish for — and then some.

Take, for instance, the million-dollar wall of large screen plasma TV’s dedicated to local sports. Then there’s the swath of outdoor patio overlooking the ocean, also the 50-foot bar, a beer list to rival even our favorite craft bars, and a killer menu that includes things like a to-die-for pepperoni focaccia and a lobster roll on fresh sourdough.

Yeah.

If you’re not already revved to hit it up for, say, this week’s run of away games, check out these sneak peek shots we snapped inside, outside, and on the plate. Just, you know, don’t drool on the keyboard.
