Standbys like samosas and chicken tikka masala are beautifully executed, but to mix things up, you’ll want to order owner Mohan Singh’s western Indian dhaba jerk chicken, spicy chili masala with paneer, and brilliant gobi paratha, a freshly baked flatbread stuffed with cauliflower and spices.
