Adopt-a-Marathoner Update

On Tuesday, we introduced you to our latest adoptee, former Bostonian Lindsey Webster. She’s running the Boston Marathon to support the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, which researches cures for spinal cord injuries. We asked you to support the five-time marathoner so she needn’t sell herself on the street, or max out her credit card to fund the run herself.

And you have come through.

When we posted our entry on Tuesday, Webster had $2,242.79 of her $5,000 minimum. As of this afternoon, she has $3,242.79.
