Boston is a wonderful place to fall in love. Leisurely strolls through the Public Garden, Sundays at SoWa, nights under the lights of Fenway Park. Never mind how you’ll get there or if it’ll be open when you do, this city has charm.

Once you try to put a ring on it, however, is when things get tricky.

Boston was ranked the 10th worst city in America for getting married, according to a new report by personal finance social network WalletHub. Worcester, once called the Paris of the 80s, was the fourth worst, while Providence ranked 13th.

The absolute worst place to get married? That’d be Moreno Valley, California, followed by Yonkers and Newark.

To compile the list, WalletHub compared 150 cities using 18 metrics across three categories: wedding cost, facilities and services (number of chapels, event planners, bridal shops per 100,000 residents), and activities and attractions.

Orlando was named the best city for getting married, followed by Las Vegas (ha!), Atlanta, Tampa, and Springfield, Missouri.
