Mitt Romney doesn’t plan on holding back against Donald Trump during a speech at the University of Utah on Thursday morning.

According to an excerpt obtained by Politico, the former Massachusetts governor will blast Trump for being a “phony” and a “fraud” who will enable Hillary Clinton to take the White House should the real estate mogul win the GOP nomination.

“Here’s what I know. Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud,” Romney says in the speech. “His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University. He’s playing the American public for suckers: He gets a free ride to the White House and all we get is a lousy hat.”

While Trump will be the main focus of the speech, expect Romney to stoke the fears of a Clinton presidency.

“A person so untrustworthy and dishonest as Hillary Clinton must not become president,” Romney plans to say. “But a Trump nomination enables her victory.”

Of course, Trump has caught wind of the speech and let loose on the former Republican presidential nominee on Twitter.

The GOP frontrunner claimed that Romney begged for his endorsement during the 2012 race against President Barack Obama.

Romney’s speech will take place at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City at 11:30 a.m., which you can check out in the video below.
