Lala Rokh Art Dinner

Lala Rokh, $55 per person

Celebrate the addition of a new life-size Qajar dynasty painting of a female dancer to the restaurant. The evening will begin with a discussion lead by Persian art collector Elmar Seibel, who is also president and owner of Ars Libri, and a former overseer of the MFA. A three-course dinner with wine pairings will follow.

Cocci Grifoni Wine Dinner

Il Capriccio, Waltham, $70 per person

Spend the evening discovering new wines from Cocci Grifoni, an estate in the coastal region of Central Italy’s Marches, which has reinvented the pecorino grape. Sommelier Jeannie Rogers will present the evening’s featured bottles, while guests savor a four-course menu, including mussels in white wine, black linguine with calamari, ramps, and garlic, citrus marinated Giannone chicken, and mixed berries with zabaglione.

Rialto’s Women Winemakers Dinner

Rialto, $100 per person

Chef Jody Adams rounds up four talented female winemakers for a special sommelier soire and four-course dinner. Each winemaker comes from an organic family-run estate (three are from France, and one from Argentina), and the menu is specially designed to complement the featured wines.

Colombo Newbury Blueberry Event

Colombo Newbury Blueberry Cafe, 314 Newbury Street, Free

There may be no such thing as a free lunch, but there is such a thing as a free breakfast! Tuesday morning, Colombo yogurt will be giving away free yogurt to celebrate its new Boston-inspired flavor name, “Newbury Blueberry.” The Colombo yogurt founder, Bob Colombosian, will also present a donation check to the Newbury Street League.
