At Boston magazine, we’ve been known to enjoy a burger from time to time. One that we’d like to get our mitts on right now? The one-night-only speck, Talleggio cheese, heirloom tomato and mustard aioli-topped Angus version that Matt Gaudet is offering up at his Kendall Square restaurant West Bridge at 10 p.m. this evening.
Only 10 of these babies are going into production (and will be $10 a pop), so time your evening accordingly if you want to get in on that action. Oh, and you’re welcome.
