Students will learn how to help Lovin’ Spoonfuls’ achieve its goal of reducing food waste by turning their favorite Thanksgiving leftovers into new culinary masterpieces. Over 96 billion pounds of food are wasted each year – roughly 40 percent of all the available food in the United States.
