For one night only, Sweet Cheeks Q is bringing back their popular ramen. As part of the Fenways’s Mom and Pop-Up series, chef de cuisine Dan Raia and Tiffani Faison will make 80 hearty bowls of their miso pork tonkatsu ramen, which they’ll dole out over three ticketed seating (6, 7:15, and 8:30 p.m.).  Tickets are $20 per person and are good for one heaping bowl of noodles, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks.

Sweet Cheeks’ tonkatsu ramen is served with black garlic oil, soy glazed pork belly, poached farm egg, scallions, and roasted mushrooms. This is the first time the two chefs have rolled out their ramen program since early June. Prior to this pop-up, Sweet Cheeks prepared fried chicken and seafood versions, which drew massive crowds every Monday night.

$20 per person (includes non-alcoholic beverages and snacks), Oct. 10, 1377 Boylston St., Boston; eventbrite.com.
