There’s a totally new take on dim sum in town this weekend. Tiger Mama launches Dim Sum Sunday with an ever-changing array of Southeast Asian plates, speciality cocktails, and Vietnamese coffee on offer from cart roaming the dining room.

“There’s nothing I love more after a night out than a fun, boozy brunch where food arrives immediately,” chef/owner Tiffani Faison says in a press release. “While there are ample Chinese dim sum offerings around town, we thought it would be extra interesting to take the traditions behind the experience and merge it with our inspirations,” she says.

The brunch spread will include some Tiger Mama favorites, like Singapore street noodles, pad gra pow, and lobster spring rolls, as well as some of dinnertime’s large-format dishes. Brunch gives Faison and her team an opportunity to experiment with breakfast foods and more—try sweet sesame pancakes, chili crab toast, Thai fried chicken, and lamb muturbak (a stuffed pancake) this weekend.

The dishes will range from $5-$15, and the experience is meant to be shared. Dim sum brunch runs from noon-9 p.m. every Sunday beginning this weekend. Reservations are recommended.
