There are now a few more hours each week to try Mida chef Douglass Williams’ hand-rolled pastas, house-made pickles, and more. The debut restaurant from the Coppa alum introduces late-night dining tonight. The concise menu will be available every Wednesday-Saturday from 11 p.m.-1 a.m.

Williams and sous chef Brian Paszko will roll out a different pasta option every night; a bright, creamy cow’s milk cheese called Eidolon; everyone’s midnight go-to, fried potatoes; and more. Like the seasonally specific and often-changing dinner menu, the dishes will vary. Check out the debut offerings below.

Another new addition at the South End spot is a menu of three different vermouth flights ($13), care of bar manager Gregg Guertin. The flights are available during all business hours, and the full bar, including more than 70 wines, a lineup of six rotating craft beers, cocktails, and mocktails, will be available during late-night service, as well.
