Ayla Brown's New Movie Trailer Is Really Something

We're sure you weren't too worried about the post-election fate of Ayla Brown, the American Idol chanteuse and daughter of Sen. Scott Brown, but in case you were curious what she's up to, there's this trailer for an independent film called “Cowboy Spirit,” in which she plays the part of Molly. The movie looks … well, just watch the trailer. Here's a synopsis from the film's website:

Ted has it all, a great job, a beautiful fiance, and a wonderful life ahead of him, but a twist of fate leads him to rely on the lessons he learned in the summers of his youth with his grandfather – a former champion rodeo cowboy. To save a dying young girl, he must make the ride of a lifetime.

The lovely folks at Barstool Sports have fixated, mature adults that they are, on the fact that the actor playing Ted's real name is “Rich Manley.” But rest assured, we have screened the preview and it is safe-for-work. Brown's website says she filmed the movie this summer, and that it premiered November 29th in Foxboro.
