Three of Boston’s most popular fitness instructors are uniting for an event at Brooklyn Boulders in Somerville. The event is called “Hydrate Restore Balance” and it’s presented by Essentia Water. The pros are all “Essentia Hydration Specialists,” which essentially means they get paid to rep the water that claims it is a “proprietary electrolyte formula” with an “ionization process resulting in a alkaline pH of 9.5.” Whether or not that actually means anything—I mean, Boston tap water is very good—remains to be seen. But if these respected fitness pros are throwing their name behind the product then that says something. And regardless of who the sponsor is, there’s really only one thing you need to know about this event: It’s free.

The event is two jam-packed hours of bootcamp (led by Sarah Dussault), Pilates (led by Jennifer Phelan), and yoga (led by Cara Gilman). As an added bonus, you’ll get free nutrition advice from registered dietitian Lauren Mayer.

If you’re not sore enough from two hours of fitness or can’t look at the rock wall without wanting to hop on, you’ll also receive a discounted day pass to climb. Plus, there’s free post-workout Bloody Mary’s from Deep Eddy Vodka.

Participants are being asked to arrive at 7:30 a.m. (the fitness fun starts at 8 a.m.) so there’s time to fill out the necessary waivers. Also, please bring your own yoga mat. Sign up through Eventbrite here.
