1. Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Meditation

The Breathing Room, in Central Square, hosts this meditation class on Monday and Wednesday nights at 8:30 p.m. All you have to do is relax and let your instructor guide you through this ancient form of meditation and self exploration.

2. Chill Candlelight Restorative Yoga

At 7:30 p.m., head to South Boston’s Radiant Yoga for this gentle yoga class bathed in candlelight. The meditative practice relies heavily on bolsters, blocks, and straps, and it’s specifically meant to bust stress.

$20, 7:30 p.m. Radiant Yoga, 516 E 2nd St., Boston,

3. Relax and Renew Yoga

Enjoy a meditative yoga practice tonight at Down Under School of Yoga. Beginning at 7:45 p.m., the class involves plenty of long-held, calming poses.

4. Sit: The Path of Meditation
