Dorie Greenspan and Joanne Chang Hosting BCAE Event

Six-time James Beard Award winner Dorie Greenspan is heading to The Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) on Wednesday, April 22. The celebrated cookbook author (Around My French Table and Baking Chez Moi) will join Joanne Chang of Flour Bakery for a unique conversation and reception called “Baker to Baker.” From 6-8 p.m., Greenspan and Chang will recount their numerous experiences as bakers including favorite ingredients, travels, and most-prized recipes, with anecdotes that touch upon their professional knowledge and continued passion for baked goods.

Both chefs’ newest cookbooks, Chang’s Baking with Less Sugar and Greenspan’s Baking Chez Moi, will be for sale at the reception where the authors will converse with guests and sign book copies upon request. In addition, attendees will sample recipes from both cookbooks.
