Back Bay Kicks Off the Season with Spring Deals and Steals

As warmer months bring colorful tulips to the Public Garden, al fresco dining to urban eateries and crisp looks to boutique racks, Back Bay’s most exclusive night returned , fresher than ever! On March 10th, Back Bay Night Out rang in spring with a blowout fashion, pampering, and dining event locals simply had to experience!

The one-night extravaganza featured incredible discounts and exciting offers from the Prudential Center, Copley Place, Boylston Street, and Newbury Street.

We re-capped what made spring’s Back Bay Night Out worth coming out of hibernation:

  • Great deals on freshly-cut fashions.

From soft pastel pallets to floral frocks, spring is time to cheer up your wardrobe and ditch those depressing winter duds.

That’s why eager shoppers scoured a plethora of designer brands and saved big at Back Bay merchants like Madewell, who offered 20% off purchases of $125 or more as well as sips, sweets and free gifts. Other shops planned generous discounts and bubbly like Rag & Bone, Athleta, Second Time Around on Newbury Street, Olympia Sports, Sunglass Hut and SEE Eyewear.

Later, participants retired their puffy parkas and kept the excitement of spring going with a leather jacket raffle at All Saints.

Newbury Street newcomer M0851 held their doors open extra late for shoppers to enjoy a sip and sweet while browsing their beautiful new collections of outerwear, accessories, and more.

  • Generous dining deals helped guests save as they sipped.

If there’s one night to visit Back Bay to dine on delicious meals and sip specially-made cocktails, it’s Back Bay Night Out! Hungry diners brought friends – and an appetite – to the chic neighborhood and feasted on an array of culinary delights served up in the inviting eateries Bostonians love all year round.

Guests toasted Champagne and enjoyed $2 oyster shooters at Grill 23 and a special “Baby Back Bay ribs” dinner with cigar smoke, scotch glaze, truffle aioli, and champagne pickled vegetables for just $18 at Post 390. Those who craved Asian fare hit up Itadaki who served half-off Ramen with the purchase of a cocktail.

Summer came early over at the Oak Long Bar + Kitchen with tiki specials like jerk chicken wings and Mai Tais.  As the rummy cocktails flows, guests could almost pretend that they were floating in the waters of the Pacific.  Almost.

  • Rejuvenating spa treatments.

New England winters have a tendency to be rough; Back Bay Night Out offered guest the opportunity to refresh their tired skin, hair, and nails.

Dry skin was repaired at L’Occitane En Provence with a complimentary hand treatment and free deluxe bags, plus 10% off a purchase of $65 or more. At the Prudential Center, Miniluxe treated shoppers to polish color updates and Salon Aveda pampered guests with seasonal styling. Lord & Taylor beautified shoppers with mini makeovers and helped them find their spring 2016 looks, too!

Another Newbury Street newcomer, Skin Spa New York, offered a staggering 50% off of services and packages, as well as complimentary brow shaping and Wow Brow and 10% off all products.
