Chelsea Handler recently organized the ultimate Netflix dinner party with the Emmy-winning cast of Orange Is the New Black.

The talk show host sat down for a nice meal and chat with Massachusetts natives Taylor Schilling and Uzo Aduba, as well as fellow co-stars Lea DeLaira and Dascha Polanco, on Wednesday’s episode of Chelsea. In a clip released from the segment, the group has an in-depth discussion about how the entertainment industry handles LGBTQ characters and stories.

While they agreed that a lot of progress has been made over the years, Schilling warned that people shouldn’t get complacent, as there’s still work left to be done.

“I think that it’s actually a particularly dangerous time,” Schilling said. “There’s a complacency that takes place. As soon as progress is made, there’s a sense that we then have permission to not pay attention. That’s where I almost feel frustrated at times.”

“This is the time to be even more vigilant,” she added. “This is the time to not let your guard down. This is the time to walk the line with even more diligence and tenacity.”
