Nine Ways to Decorate with Living Coral, Pantone’s Color of the Year
Décor, furniture, fabric, and more in the lively, marine-life-inspired hue you'll be seeing everywhere next year.
Last week, Pantone announced its color of the year: Living Coral. Described by the company in a press release as an “animating and life-affirming shade of orange with a golden undertone,” the color draws inspiration from the beauty of reefs. “Just as coral reefs are a source of sustenance and shelter to sea life, vibrant yet mellow PANTONE 16-1546 Living Coral embraces us with warmth and nourishment to provide comfort and buoyancy in our continually shifting environment,” Pantone says. Not a bad outlook to take into 2019.
