Each summer Tryst’s chef-owner Paul Turano likes to shake things up by creating a brand new restaurant within a restaurant, like his popular AFC, “Arlington Fried Chicken,” and last year’s T’s BBQ Joint, offering up dishes like fried green pickles and ribs. Starting on May 17, Turano will introduce guests to his newest concept, T’s Clam Shack, with a menu featuring riffs on New England seafood classics like a shrimp roll with chili lime dip, lobster sliders, and soft shell crab served over a corn risotto.

The new dinner menu will only be available Sunday through Wednesday from 5 to 10 p.m. Turano says he’ll keep his clam shack concept going through the summer with items available for both dine-in and takeout. See below for the full menu.
