The Transformative Power of Collaboration

What were your inspirations for this project, and how did they align with the homeowner’s goals?

A well designed kitchen, like the display in Venegas and Company featuring DiscoverTile, was conceived with a story to tell and a particular client in mind to receive the message. They envisioned this kitchen to speak to an individual looking for tranquility and functionality. The space is fluid and approachable, combining muted tones and organic textures. Utility is hidden behind decorative panels. Equipped with Venegas’ custom cabinetry finishes and a vision for how the space should feel, a visit to DiscoverTile provided the perfect pairing of concepts. DiscoverTile transformed the backsplashes into a sophisticated multi-finish stone waterjet pattern over the range, along with a sculptural marble tile behind the sink.

Why do you love this project?

Venegas and DiscoverTile have a longstanding relationship of collaboration, and this project is a tribute to that. One discipline complements and elevates the other. As owner-operators, Jill and Donna spend countless hours on product development and seek to be innovators. They are often inspired by each other and work together to provide originality and transform every project. All components of a kitchen are considered and designed for the unique needs and desires of each client. Given the endless options from both showrooms, no two projects are ever the same and we love having the opportunity to showcase that.
