Passion Pit Will Play a DJ Set at Bijou Nightclub on July 23

Passion Pit’s upcoming performance at the Lawn on D on July 23 sold out quickly, in just 48 hours. For those who missed their chance to snag tickets—or have tickets, but just can’t get enough of the hometown favorites—there’s now another chance to catch the band in Boston that night.
Following the Lawn on D performance, Passion Pit will head downtown to play a DJ set at Bijou Nightclub & Lounge. But don’t expect the same show twice—frontman Michael Angelakos won’t be singing at Bijou. Instead, he’ll take the lead in mixing the band’s top songs with other samples.
The event is organized by Tablelist, a Boston-based app created by Northeastern University graduate Julian Jung that allows users to easily book VIP tables and bottle service at venues around town.
“The Lawn on D will be an open, festival-style performance. We wanted something a little more close-knit,” says marketing manager Brin Chartier. “It’s a cool way to keep the night going.”
Tickets are available now, including general admission for $20, VIP tables starting at $650 (with bottle service determined upon purchase), and packages at $1,100 (pre-paid for bottles selected at the club). The event is 21+ and proper attire, following the club’s dress code, is required.
