Lace up your walking shoes, gas up the car, and don’t worry about keeping your wallet too close—the Highland Street Foundation’s Free Fun Fridays are back. Every summer for the past 10 years, the foundation has offered free admission to dozens of museums and arts institutions across Massachusetts on select Fridays. This year’s program will span 10 consecutive Fridays—beginning June 28 and continuing through August 30—with 100 venues welcoming visitors at no cost.

Will you spend July 5 taking in dance performances at Jacob’s Pillow, or exploring Waltham’s Telephone Museum? Will you take a free kayaking lesson on the Charles on July 12, or wander the air-conditioned halls of the MFA (which, by the way, is free all June to BPL cardholders)? The possibilities are near endless, so go forth and itinerize!
