George Foreman III is at it again.

On Thursday, February 23, he’ll open the doors to his second EverybodyFights location, smack in the middle of the Financial District. A New York location is on its way this year, too.

The new gym echoes the vibe and look of the original Seaport location, and offers many of the same amenities, including luxury locker rooms, grab-and-go juice (coming soon), a retail area, and full use of the facility, even when classes aren’t in session.

Though only half the size of the Seaport flagship, the gym packs in a full-sized boxing ring, a 50-bag studio, cardio equipment, TRX trainers, and free weights. The class schedule will include boxing, of course, but also strength training, cardio, yoga, barre, and core. Personal training and mitt work are also available.

Unlimited memberships cost $165 per month, while a single class is $35.
