Check out scenes from the June 5, 2018, event at Black Falcon Terminal.

On Tuesday, June 5, 2018, Boston’s Taste of the Nation event brought together Boston’s best chefs and the public for a night of delicious food and fundraising for No Kid Hungry, Share Our Strength‘s campaign to end childhood hunger in America. More than 60 restaurants and 20 beverage vendors produced gourmet samples for attending guests. This year’s event was held at Black Falcon Terminal and attracted culinary talents such as Jody Adams, Jamie Bissonnette, Joanne Chang, Andy Husbands, Colin Lynch, Tony Maws, and Michael Scelfo.

Besides sipping and sampling the chefs’ creations, guests enjoyed live music and witnessed the first ever wedding celebration within a No Kid Hungry event. No child should grow up hungry in America, but in Massachusetts 1 in 7 kids struggle with hunger. This year’s event raised $215,000 which can provide 2,150,000 meals for hungry kids. Next year, join us in making No Kid Hungry a reality.
