Finn-ally! Tuukka Rask Is Now on Twitter
Few Bruins are on Twitter, and even fewer once the postseason rolls around and coach Claude Julien clamps down. Hopefully that changes, because basketball Twitter is infinitely more entertaining.
Vezina Trophy-winning goaltender Tuukka Rask, 28, made his Twitter debut Tuesday morning, and he’s already verified. Athlete Twitter accounts are all too often an uninteresting menagerie of protein supplement endorsements, premium autograph event announcements, and #brands #branding. Surely Rask, the short-tempered Finn once nominated “Most Metal Athlete” will provide us some white-hot, searing takes.
It's been a busy summer! Training hard! Excited to be working w/ @FranklinSports on their new Street Hockey line! pic.twitter.com/5W59NH7yRq

Oh.
Well, he’ll catch on. It shouldn’t be long until Rask sees how much Bruins fans truly appreciate his lights-out goaltending despite a Swiss cheese defense in front of him.

Can we just trade Smith and Loui and maybe throw in Tuukka for Seguin? Clearly that's the instant salvation.

Maybe Felger was right. Might be the right time to trade Tuukka

Oh.
On second thought, maybe tweeting is best left to Brad Marchand. It’s just no fun out here on the Internet, Tuukka.
