Forbes’s Under 30 Summit Is Coming to Boston

The main event will be held at Fanueil Hall.

On Monday, Forbes announced it was expanding its Under 30 Summit, holding the new and improved event series in Boston this year.

From October 16 though 19, the summit—tripling in size from last year’s events in Philadelphia—will span four days. It’s intended to attract 5,000 of the region’s young entrepreneurs, who will attend events like a business-plan competition, a food festival, bar crawls, and a music festival. Forbes will set up an “Under 30 Village” in City Hall Plaza to serve as a home base for the summit.

“We can’t think of a better place to host it than Boston, a vibrant city with amazing entrepreneurial culture and civic engagement, where students and high achievers from all over the globe come together,” said Forbes magazine editor Randall Lane in a statement.

The Under 30 Summit’s main event will be held at Fanueil Hall, where winners from 30 Under 30 lists and other invited leaders will convene.
