Martha Bohlin | Managing Director

Family has been a part of the Bohlin Group since Martha Bohlin’s mother, Catherine Doyle Whiteman, began her career in Fairfield, CT in the late ‘80s. Martha began her career in Connecticut, before eventually setting down roots in Dover, MA. In 2016, Martha’s daughter Anna joined as well. Since then, they have built a family-focused business helping clients buy and sell real estate across Greater Boston. With a home office in Dover and the Compass offices on Newbury Street in Boston, they have a firm grasp on everything from elegant country estates to classy city condos. Martha’s son, Peter Bohlin, has worked in property management, construction, and development for over 15 years. In 2022, he joined the family business to help with residential sales as well. With their variety of experiences, the Bohlin Group brings key strengths into every transaction.
