Boston Planners Dining Club hosted its first tented dinner on August 20, 2019, at Saltbox Farm. Sarah Glick of Brilliant Event Planning and Tammy Golson of Tammy Golson Events brought some of Boston’s best event planners together for a true farm-to-table experience!

Rockstar limo shuttled guests to the farm, where Hive Events waited to serve handcrafted beverages and beer brewed right on the farm. Speechless Music provided the soundtrack for the evening as guests mingled. As the sun set, guests made their way into the sailcloth tent that was provided by PEAK Event Services, who also provided the rentals and linens. The Wild Dahlia created abundant centerpieces for each table in hues of purple that cascaded onto the floor and included a plethora of different fruits and textures. Frost Productions included fun aesthetic lamps among the flowers. They also lit the tent and surrounding area with a completely powerless setup. At each place setting, The Paper Perfectionist created a raw-edged cloth menu and place cards with wood detailing.

Guests were sent home with slices of Mamie Brougitte Cake at the end of the night. Capron Lighting and Sound provided power and Atlantic Mobile Restrooms provided the luxury bathroom trailer. Social media for this dinner was orchestrated by Hitched with a Hashtag.
