Are you incapable of buying new workout gear without Instagramming it? Do you need the world to know about your 6 a.m. run? Are your friends threatening to unfollow you if you post one more mason jar salad picture? Lean into that addiction at an event series hosted by Fit University.

#DoItForTheInsta is a four-week series of health and fitness events, specifically tailored to helping you rake in the likes. The schedule is as follows:

  • March 27, 4:15 p.m.: Learn how to make homemade acai bowls—the pinnacle of healthy food porn—at Pure Cold Press juice in Coolidge Corner. Register here.
  • April 3, 11 a.m.: Calisthenics and filming at Delux Life Fitness. Register here.
  • April 10, 11 a.m.: Work out, then have brunch with Brunches of Boston, an Instagram account devoted to the most Instagrammable meal of the day. Location TBA. Register here.
  • April 17, 1 p.m.: Wow your friends with photos from an AcroYoga lesson with instructor Lauren Clausen. It’ll be held at Kung Fui Tai Chi on Boylston Street. Register here.

Fit University is a health resource targeted toward college students, so while anyone can attend, the events are geared toward the university crowd. Tickets are all $15 and can be purchased separately for each event.
