Modern furniture lovers, prepare to have your eyes turn into cartoon hearts. A local auction house is hosting a 20th-century design sale, and it’s gonna be a doozy.

On December 14 at the Park Plaza Hotel, Skinner will put some rare—and undeniably stunning—pieces of furniture and accessories up for auction. Eager bidders can glimpse designs by Kartell Milano, Eero Saarinen, George Nakashima, and other notables.

The best part about auctions, of course, is that these designer pieces can clock in at a steep discount. That means there’ll be deals on highly coveted items like Eames chairs and Knoll tables—things that cost a pretty penny in furniture boutiques. You can bid on items in person or online, and if you’ve never raised a paddle before, you’ll want to consult our handy guide to auctions.

Though it’s tough to pick out highlights from this lineup, we’ve selected a few standout chairs, tables, and credenzas to check out below. (You can see the entire lot here.)
