Claim to fame: Hanway is a holistic nutrition coach, personal trainer at BFX Studio, and biosignature modulation practitioner.

What she ate: Ground turkey, avocado, fermented veggies, a green juice, lemon water, and coffee.

Why she chose it: “I usually start my day with some kind of organic, lean protein for steady energy levels throughout the day, and usually pair it with a little healthy fat—my favorite is avocado, as it’s full of skin-loving fat and fiber,” Hanway says. “I always try to have at least one or two servings of veggies with breakfast—I aim for eight to nine servings a day—and love fermented veggies for a boost to gut healthI love my morning coffee, but always choose an organic, low acid version for the most health benefits. On the side is my daily green juice and the first of innumerable glasses of water.”
