It's coming to Chestnut Hill in early 2017.

Barry’s Bootcamp is bringing its self-proclaimed “best workout in the world” to Chestnut Hill.

The bootcamp chain—known for its swanky spaces, clubby vibe, and punishingly hard classes—will open its doors at 55 Boylston Street, part of the Street complex, sometime in early 2017, according to BostInno. The Chestnut Hill studio joins the chain’s downtown Boston location, which opened in 2013 and is currently the only Barry’s Bootcamp in New England.

“The Chestnut Hill studio will have all of the amenities our customers have come to know and love, including a 50-person studio, fully stocked men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a customized Barry’s Fuel Bar,” Co-Owner Dustin Martin told BostInno.

While the news is exciting in its own right, it also adds to Chestnut Hill’s reputation as a fitness capital. The suburb is already home to Boston’s original SoulCycle location, an Equinox, a Healthworks, and a smattering of yoga and barre studios. YogaWorks is on the way, too.

Plus, Martin says Barry’s isn’t stopping at two Boston-area branches. “We are actively searching for additional locations within Boston,” he told BostInno, “so keep your ears out for the Best Workout in the World coming near you soon.”
