For health junkies, Canyon Ranch is basically heaven. The Berkshires wellness resort offers a packed schedule of fitness classes, lectures, and workshops; a luxurious spa; unlimited healthy food; outdoor sports; a salon; a full medical team; and just about anything else a wellness warrior could want during a getaway.

Now, you can get all of that without going on vacation—if you’re willing to pull out your checkbook.

The Lenox spa boasts a new 19-unit residential complex, bringing the Canyon Ranch experience to inhabitants 365 days a year. The one- and two-bedroom condos are equipped with multiple bathrooms, a patio or balcony, a fireplace, in-unit laundry, hardwood floors, stone countertops, and more. Perhaps the biggest selling point, however, is that they allow unlimited access to Canyon Ranch’s fitness offerings, restaurants, and activities. (Spa treatments still cost extra, we’re sorry to say, but they’re discounted.)

Given that a two-night stay at the Ranch starts at more than $1,500, it shouldn’t be surprising that the condos don’t come cheap: They’ll run you between $1.35 and $3.5 million. But, hey, just think of how much you’d save on green juices and gym memberships.
